houdini's box

I'd long forgotten about Jill Sobule (which is definitely my loss). Then she was listed as a guest on Janeane Garofalo and Sam Seder's Majority Report and I just missed hearing her perform live because I had to head off for night class yesterday.

I was really disappointed but a pretty nice consolation was the listed link to her site where I heard and fell in love with Houdini's Box.

There are several clips to listen to and so I spent some time this evening listening to them all and I think I'm gonna have to get her latest cd, Underdog Victorious.
