warm springs
Just saw
this the other day and it was really really good! Kenneth Branagh was amazing as FDR and I totally love Cynthia Nixon and Kathy Bates. I thought the movie did a great job of blending a compelling story with a
fascinating bit of history.
Also, the friendship and enduring love theme presented in the relationship between Eleanor and Franklin really resonated with me, especially today, for sentimental reasons. :-) It was just really great enjoy a story that was part history, part personal drama and best of all, a really
grown up sort of love story for a change. If you haven't seen it yet, it would really be worth catching it on HBO when it comes around again, or even renting it; that's how I got to see it and it was totally worth the rental fee, imho.
