Dana Morosini Reeve Dies Age 44

This breaks my heart. Especially because she was still so young with a teenage son who had already borne the loss of one parent.

She was a courageous woman who fought tirelessly on behalf of her husband for spinal cord research. In facing this latest setback, she had this to say:

She said in November that said she was able to keep her spirits up because she "had a great model. ... I was married to a man who never gave up."


The report states she never smoked.
